We strive to make our customers happy by covering our shoes while we walk on your floors, vacuuming, moving furniture, using eco-friendly products and being polite when we visit you. We respect our customer’s homes as if they were our own. We’re there to clean, not make things more dirty, so we’ll be sure to get the job done.
When we make appointments with our customers we stick to it. We understand that you have busy schedules and, once our appointment is over, you have something else to get to. We all do. Sometimes our employees are asked to provide additional cleaning services in earlier appointments that keep them longer than expected. However, all our employees all keep in touch with each other. While one employee is cleaning carpets for 3 hours in one location, we have another employee that finished earlier than expected. At that point they can radio-in and ask for additional appointments. Communication helps us serve our customers best with on-time appointments!
We smile when we show up to your house. We promise. It’s basically part of our job description. We’ve all had unpleasant people visit our house to conduct services of some kind. They track in dirt, they aren’t exactly sure what they need to do, and they can be rude. Not only should that employee be more professional, his/her management should be paying attention as well. We make sure our carpet cleaning and tile cleaning employees are on their best behavior on every appointment and that they smile when they see you.
